Nostrism（以下「本アプリ」）は、児童の性的虐待・搾取（CSAE）および児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）を固く禁止し、これらに対して一切の許容をしません（ゼロトレランス）。
1. 方針
- CSAE/CSAM に該当するコンテンツ・行為を禁止します。
- 適用される児童保護関連の法令を遵守します。
- 本アプリは分散型プロトコル Nostr のクライアントであり、コンテンツは利用者が生成し、開発者が運営しないリレー（第三者サーバー）に保存されます。開発者はネットワーク全体を管理できませんが、本アプリ内でできる対策を講じます。
2. 通報の方法
- 本アプリ内で、問題のある投稿・ユーザーを通報・ミュート・ブロックできます（通報は Nostr の報告イベント NIP-56 に対応）。
- 児童の安全に関する緊急・重大な事案は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
- あわせて、各国の窓口（日本: 警察 / インターネット・ホットラインセンター、米国: NCMEC report.cybertip.org 等）への通報にご協力ください。
3. 通報への対応
- 受領した通報を確認し、本アプリ上での表示制限等、可能な措置を講じます。
- 法令で求められる場合、関係当局へ報告します。
- コンテンツはリレー（第三者）に保存されるため、ネットワークからの完全な削除にはリレー運営者の対応が必要です。

Nostrism ("the App") strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) with zero tolerance.
1. Our standards
- Content and conduct constituting CSAE/CSAM are prohibited.
- We comply with applicable child-safety laws.
- The App is a client for the decentralized Nostr protocol; content is user-generated and stored on independent relays not operated by the developer. While we cannot control the whole network, we take the actions available within the App.
2. How to report
- Within the App you can report, mute, or block problematic posts/users (reporting uses the Nostr report event, NIP-56).
- For urgent or serious child-safety matters, contact us at the address below.
- Please also report to relevant authorities (e.g., US: NCMEC report.cybertip.org; your local law enforcement/hotline).
3. Handling of reports
- We review reports and take available measures, such as restricting display within the App.
- We report to authorities where required by law.
- Because content is stored on third-party relays, full removal from the network requires action by relay operators.
